The fund is recommended to investors with a medium risk profile who seek capital gains in moderate volatility conditions.
The fund will invest primarily in fixed income instruments such as government, municipal, corporate bonds issued in Central and Eastern Europe and also in bank deposits, etc.
The strategic allocation of the fund seeks to follow the EFAMA standard for the category of bond funds respectively investing at least 80% in fixed income instruments and a maximum of 20% in cash and cash equivalents. The fund’s investments in other assets will not exceed 10%. The Fund will not invest in shares. A maximum of 20% of Fund assets may be invested in convertible bonds. The same limit applies to investments in mortgage backed securities.
Strategic allocation means that the allocation of the fund’s portfolio is done in the category of long-term assets. On the short and medium term the manager can deviate from this strategic allocation to profit from opportunities that appear on the financial markets.
The Fund seeks capital growth over the medium to long term.
The risk profile of the fund is computed according to the Synthetic Risk and Return Indicator (SRRI), its indicator being 2 out of 7, where 1 represents the lowest risk level and 7 the highest. Any investment involves a certain degree of risk and we must not forget that there is a strong and direct link between the risk assumed and the expected return. Thus, a low risk entails a potentially low return, whereas a high level of risk entails a potentially high return.

As the fund has investments primarily in bonds, the minimum recommended investment period is 3-5 years.
