OTP Asset Management Romania SAI S.A. is member of OTP Group, one of the most important financial groups in Central and Eastern Europe, which provides investment services in various countries of this region.
Currently, the company manages Open end and Closed-End funds.
The open end fund aims at attracting the financial resources of individuals and legal entities and the investment thereof in financial instruments (stocks, bonds, deposits, government bonds etc.), in compliance with the Fund’s investment targets.
OTP Asset Management Romania is launching the first Closed-End Fund with capital guaranteed, OTP WiseRO, which will be transacted at Bucharest Stock Exchange, and may be accessed between June 29th and July 24th, 2009. Currently, the company manages the OTP GarantisRO Closed-End Fund with capital guaranteed.
