How can I invest in funds?
In order to become investor in one of the funds managed by OTP Asset Management Romania SAI S.A., you should take the following steps:
1. Read carefully the Issue Prospectus of the Fund in which you intend to invest. The Prospectus is also available on the website of OTP Asset Management Romania SAI SA, at all OTP Bank Romania units authorized to distribute fund units, as well as OTP Asset Management SAI S.A. headquarters;
2. Open a current bank account with OTP Bank Romania;
3. Fill-in and sign the Adhesion – Subscription Form to the relevant Fund, assisted by one of OTP Bank Romania branches’ agents, included in the Funds’ distribution network.
The fund units are issued on continuous basis and distributed via OTP Bank Romania distribution network.
